 During a very dark and challenging time of my life, I got to the point where I literally could not go on, I was lost, exhausted, having regular panic attacks and had no idea where to turn. I had two young children and I was in a very toxic and unhealthy relationship. I had given and given and got to the point I had absolutely nothing left, I knew I was in trouble and I was getting very sick. It was at that point I stopped pushing myself and I “surrendered”. That’s when it happened. I had a spiritual awakening! A vibrational doorway opened and I experienced the most dazzling, radiant, magnificent light filled Being above me. It was glorious! It’s immense love, power and magnificence is indescribable! My life changed in that moment. We are so much more than we think we are!

 Drawing on the light of your soul is a practical and active process that you can consciously invoke and use in your practical, everyday life. Unresolved emotional pollution and reactive patterns are shadows “clothing” the soul. These shadows can be consciously worked through and dissolved to release your soul’s light into your life. Higher Soul Living is about deepening the connection between the spiritual and the physical aspects of your being and aligning with your soul’s innate intelligence. When you’re experiencing discomfort and struggle in your life, it’s a sure sign you're out of alignment with your soul. It’s the spiritual side of the human that requires more attention. All aspects of your being must come into alignment… the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, so that you can live a happier and more soul connected life.

The blending of spiritual and physical energy dissolves old patterns of fear, doubt, anxiety and chaos and raises your vibrational frequency. The blending of dynamic energy and matter creates movement and automatically raises you into a higher, more divine way of living.
